very good price/quality ratio, great for students, helpful stuff, not noisy despite big amount of guests, breakfast was as well great for such price

check out time is 10 o'clock strictly, not 10-12 as it is stated on the site

The price was cheap the room was decent but the hotel was geared towards 16-18year old kids. Not bad for the money just would not stay there again if I knew this prior

I was greeted by a bunch of drunks kids screaming and yelling in front of the hotel. Staff was also young and the co-motion seemed normal to them. My car was parked in the payed parking adjacent to the hotel. Following morning I found a wet toilet paper roll smashed on my Audi. Maybe just a bad day, not sure.

Beds were old. No provision of towel etc. Breakfast was ore quantity but less quality.

Very good clean hostel with easy parking across the road. Great breakfast, a lot of young people and U-bahn behind the hostel. What more i needed?

New and stylistic rooms and lobby, comfortable services - ATM, bar, internet etc. Breakfast included - very convenient. Also, excellent location - very close to tram service to Alexanderplatz, and to the ring S-bahn service. The staff was also very helpful.

When I arrived on my first day, my room was not ready yet (it was 22:00), and I had to wait another hour and a half to get my room.

although public transport stations are on the door step it`s quite a distance from the centre of Berlin.

Very slow wifi in common area, no possibility of wifi in the room. No towels in room. Very noisy, you can hear everything even if somebody just talk next door

Good breakfast, relaxed atmosphere, good place to meet people, helpful personel, close to public transport.

It was not comfortable without table and chairs. No parking. Not very clean.

Check in was a nightmare because the computer system was down for over an hour, so that when it was back up and running there was a huge line waiting, plus only two people working the desk with several problems on reservations. The next morning one person at the desk wasnt helpful at all with questions. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

To far from center if you want to go on foots.

Very clean. Room was very basic but good enough to sleep comfortable. We got a private room for two, with bathroom for 20 euros. I think it was a great deal! Right next to the metro station.
